A bit more about me.
For me therapy is not just a job. It is a way to investigate, connect, and discover more of this human experience. Ever since I can remember I have been curious about two questions. What and Why? Is this place, this universe, this human experience? Psychotherapy is one of the ways I have chosen to explore these questions. It has fed this deep urning to grow, to understand, to be accurate. In the process of meeting this curiosity, I have found freedom from the weight of the past and developed more capacity to be with pleasant and unpleasant moments. All of this to say, I am learning how to live a life I love and I’d be happy to help you find and live the one you love.
